In fact, I copied and transcribed the death records, and they are up on the Elk County GENWEB page. I always meant to go back for the 1852-1854 birth records, but at $.50 a copy and over 30 records-- well you get the picture. :-) I have not seen marriage records at the Elk County courthouse from that time period though.
