Are the early marriage records for Jefferson Co., PA available on-line anywhere?

There are no marriage records from that early of a time period in Jefferson County, or any of the western PA county courthouses that I have been to. It seems to me that marriage records in Pennsylvania officially started at the county level about 1875 or thereabouts.
