Both her parents died while she was very young, my mom said her mother died when she was 2 so about 1911 or so when her sister Grace was born and her father shortly thereafter. The girls were raised by their step mother and her second husband a Mr Foster. In the 20's she and her various sisters lived around Aliquippa Pennsylvania but they are all gone now as are most of their children. My grandfather knows nothing about his mother's parents and neither does my aunt or grandmother. I know a sister married a Junak and lived in Aliquippa but I do not know if she was a half sister or a step sister. My grandfather thinks she may have been born on the eastern side of Pennsylvania but an aunt thinks either here or in Ohio where her husband, my great grandfather George Ivor Mortimer, was born. Did anyone lose track of these girls from a family tree when their mother or father died? I'd love to be able to track her family down.
