Two of the participants are descendants of William Paisley of Tyrone Co, Ireland and Guilford Co NC. It is believed that William's orphaned nephew John Paisley is the ancestor to the Paisley's in Ashe Co NC. The DNA test could confirm the connection. I am the coordinator of the Paisley DNA project.
