Last name of Frances might have been Wilson because that name has permeated down through the generations. Their first child, Laura Jane, was born in Chautaque County, NY, about 1830. The couple shortly thereafter moved to Allen County, Ohio,and had several more children (James, William,Nancy, Elizabethh, Mary, Philenda). Around 1860 they settled in Schuyler County, IL.
