You have gone to a considerable amount of work on my behalf. Thank you so very much. This family does not appear to be that of any of the Benjamins I have in my files... and I have a slough of them. My family has a confounding habit of naming many people in the same generation with the same name, often living in close proximity with each other. Hence, a number of them used their middle names further confusing matters. Anyway, I'm sure the answer is now in the materials I have already assembled... I just need to dig through them.
