Hi John-Mark, I don't relate to the Butterbaugh family but something you wrote greatly interests me and I would appreciate any information you may be able to share with me. I have recently found that my Bleakneys, Pattons, and possibly McMannus families were in the "Mahoning Township(s) area before the northern part of Indiana County was divided into four parts. This would be from about 1807-1840. I need some direction in finding the specific records for these families as to churches attended, cemeteries, newspapers available. They were probably Presbyterian, but don't know for sure. Any ideas you may have, or sources you may have located, would be most welcome. Thank you for your time. Susan E.
