The Handy Book for Genealogists (7th Ed so not real new) says that for Georgia the divorce records are kept by the Superior Court Clerk in county where divorce was granted. No indication given for where they might be in the Pa. county but would assume that if the divorce was in Ga. that is where the records would be. Clara
