Hi, My ggreat aunt married and got divorced, her husband lived in another state (Georgia), would divorce records be in Indiana County since that is where she was born, raised and came back to or would they be in Georgia? On her fathers obit he states that he has a daughter living in Atlanta, GA. Any information would be greatly appreciated. The divorce record would be in the county in which the divorce took place, doesn't matter where the person was born, raised or came back to.
