INDIANA GAZETTE INDIANA, PENNSYLVANIA 20 DECEMBER 1905: MRS. KATHERINE CLARK Mrs. Katherine Clark, formerly of this place, died at the Catholic Hospital in Pittsburg on Friday at 6 o’clock from the effects of muscular rheumatism. The deceased was 47 years of age. The remains were brought to Indiana on Sunday and interred in the Catholic cemetery at 3 pm. Mrs. Clark is survived by three sons who live near Pittsburg. Mrs. Louisa Zeigler of Oak street is the mother of the deceased. Katherine Zeigler Clark is buried in St. Bernard's Cemetery. She was one of my grandmother's sisters. Does anyone know anything else about her? Has there been a Clark researcher from Allegheny County looking for his great grandmother Kate? I found a possible match in the 1880 census...a Catherine Clark with a husband George and two daughters. This Catherine was born the same year as my Catherine...and both parents were reported as born in Germany.
