The hangman's noose and related story is on exhibit in the new Indiana County Historical Museum at the Historical Society. Also on exhibit is the murder weapon and story behind the last IC fellow electrocuted for a capital crime (not executed in IC but from IC.) James G. Allison's mother admitted on her deathbed that she was actually the perpetrator of the crime. The Historical Society has the noose, murder weapon, and other related articles. -Sonya Barclay On Wed, 11 Aug 2004, Yvonne Learn wrote: > Hi List, > > A friend of our son showed him an old newspaper story about James G.
