Hi Listers, Can anyone help with the following: Jacob H. Miller, 85, one of the oldest citizens of the community, passed away at the family home near Shelocta at 12:30 a.m. Friday from a complication of diseases incident to advanced years. A son of Henry and Caroline (Sadler) Miller, the deceased was born in Washington township. He was a farmer during his active years, and a lifelong member of the Plumcreek Church of the Brethren. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Sarah (Bracken) Miller, and these children: James G. Miller of Rochester Mills, Blaine Miller of Shelocta, Mrs. Mellon Thomas of Shelocta, R.D., and Mrs. C.P. Clark of Elderton. He also leaves 37 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. Funeral services were conduct (that's were the article ends). Who were Sarah Bracken's parents?
