Bobby, I tried "Googling" Pine Run, Westmoreland County, and nothing comes up. When I search all that area, I still can't locate Pine Run. Are you able to further direct me to the town? Any major roadways running through the town or near it? Suzanne, Pine Run is the name of a stream or creek in Westmoreland County.
