I, WILLIAM DRENNING, SR., of Center Township, Indiana County, PA, being of weak body but of sound mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time made. And first I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid out of the first money that may come into the hands of my Executors. Next I will unto my son SIMON H. DRENNING the real estate that I am now living on and all my personal property on the following conditions, namely that he keeps his Mother so long as she remains my widow and she is to have of the whole house. And I allow to my daughter, NANCY, her bed and bedstead and beding and also the cow that she now claims. And I further allow my son AMARIA DRENNING the sum of five dollars to be paid by my Executor as soon as convenient after my decease. And also to my son Samuel the sum of five dollars. And I do hereby appoint my son SIMON H. DRENNING and JOSEPH GILBERT, ESQ., Executors of th! is my Last Will and Testament. Witness my hand and seal this tenth day of September One Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty Seven. Signed: WILLIAM DRENNING SR. (seal) Signed, sealed, published and declared this tenth day of September One thousand Eight hundred and Sixty seven by the above named WILLIAM DRENNING Sr. as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in the presence of each other hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses in the presence of the said testator. WITNESSES: Robert P. Carson, Richard Johnston, Asbay P. Bracken Indiana County: BE IT REMEMBERED that on the 6th day of December A.D. 1869 BEFORE me W.R. Black Register for the Probate of Wills and granting Letters of Administration in and for the county aforesaid, was duly proved and approved the foregoing instrument of Writing as and for the Last Will and Testament of WILLIAM DRENNING Sr., late of Center Township said County, deceased by the oaths of Robert P. Carson, Richard Johnston and Asbay P. Bracken, subscribing Witnesses hereto. Wm. R. Black Register And now to wit; Dec'r 4th 1869 Letters of Administration issued to SIMON H. DRENNING one of the Executors in said Will named JOSEPH GILBERT the other Executor in said will named having renounced his right. He having first been duly sworn according to law. Wm. R.
