I, WILLIAM DRENNING, SR., of Center Township, Indiana County, PA, being of weak body but of sound mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time made. And first I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid out of the first money that may come into the hands of my Executors. Next I will unto my son SIMON H. DRENNING the real estate that I am now living on and all my personal property on the following conditions, namely that he keeps his Mother so long as she remains my widow and she is to have of the whole house. And I allow to my daughter, NANCY, her bed and bedstead and beding and also the cow that she now claims. And I further allow my son AMARIA DRENNING the sum of five dollars to be paid by my Executor as soon as convenient after my decease. And also to my son Samuel the sum of five dollars. And I do hereby appoint my son SIMON H. DRENNING and JOSEPH GILBERT, ESQ., Executors of th! is my Last Will and Testament.
