Survived by widow, former Virginia Mildred Anderson; these children; William W., New Alexandria, Pa.; John M., Brook Park, Ohio; Roger Terry, Pulaski R.D. 2, Pa.; and Dennis S., Overlin, Ohio; and nine grandchildren. Brother of Darl, Edinburg, R>D.1; Mrs. Irene Weakland, Barnesboro R D; Mrs. Elizabeth Stephens, Lowellville, Ohio; and Meade, Verona, Pa.; Mrs. Dorothy Gundick, State College, Pa. Friends will be received from 7 to 9 pm. Thursday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.m. Friday at James J. Long Funeral Home, Barnesboro, where service will be held at 1:30 PM Saturday, the Rev. Thomas Cross, Interment , Grass Hill Cemetery, Barnesboro, R.D. LOWMASTER---Vallie R., 71, Cherry Tree R.D. 2, died morning of Oct. 21 1980 at Miners Hospital, Spangler. Born July 12, 1909, in Barnesboro, R.D.1, son of late Calvin and Vernetta (Johns) Lowmaster. Also preceded in death by sister, Mrs. Violet Lavada Woods, 1970, and brothers, Leo 1976, and Dale. Survivied by widow, former Mae King, whom he married June 1, 1940, in Hollidaysburg. Half brother of Dean and Ronald, both of New Jersey, and Linvwood, Mrs. Greta Lindsey and Ruby, all of Michigan. Member of the Garmantown Church of God. Retired miner and PennDOT employee. Served during WWII. Family will receive friends from 7 to 9 PM Wednesday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM Thursday at Melvin C. Gwin Funeral Home, Cherry Tree, where memorial service will be held at 2 PM Friday, the Rev.
