I am looking for the parents of Mark Martin Kerr. Your subject line of Samuel Martin Kier caught my attention. Have you ever seen a Mark Martin Kerr listed? I have had no success. I know he was born July 1848 in either Evans City PA or Ebensburg, PA. Any help would be appreciated.
