It says that he was the son of Joseph Grumbling. How was this? adoption? New paper error? Anyone know his wife and child's name? George Fleming, aged 24 years, son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Grumbling, of Cookport, was accidently killed by a train at Fleming's Summit, near Cherrytree, late yesterday afternoon. Fleming, who was employed by the railroad company as a brakeman, was engaged in uncoupling cars, when he missed his footing, fell under the moving train and was instantly killed. He leaves his wife, a four-week's old child, his parents and several brothers and sisters. The funeral services will be held at the Grumbling home in Cherrytree tomorrow morning and the remains will be taken to Cookport for interment.
