    2. Received from the late Dunk Johns GEORGE A. CALDWELL George A. Caldwell, 60, of New Florence RD1, died Friday, Sept., 15, 2000, at UPMC Lee Regional. Born June 30, 1940, in Bolivar, a son of the late James H. and E. Frances (Krouse) Caldwell. Also preceded in death by brother, Dallas Caldwell. Survived by wife, the former Mary Ann Chesla; a son, George B. of New Florence RD1; a daughter, Carol of Woodbridge, Va.; and two brothers, James and Lewis, both of New Florence RD1. He was a retired employee of Bethlehem Steel, Johnstown works, mechanical department. Friends will be received Sunday and Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. at the KENNETH A. STUART FUNERAL HOME, New Florence, where service will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Bonnie King officiating. Interment Fairfield Cemetery. ============================================ CABLE Earl W. CMSGT USAF, ret., 74, Mulligan Hill area of New Florence, passed away at home on June 26, 2005. Born Oct. 21, 1930, in Robinson, the son of the late Merle J. and Ima Jean (Brendlinger) Cable. Also preceded in death by brothers, Robert F. and Jackie; sister, Jennie; and sister-in-law, Nancy (Boring) Cable. Survived by wife, Cecelia A. (Dipofi) Cable; son, Jeffrey L., married to former Kimberly M. Cardarella, Seward; and grandson, Joshua L. Cable, New Florence. Also survived by these brothers and sisters: Warren and Gloria Jean, wife of William Short, all of New Florence; Barry, married to the former Carrie West, RD 1 Ligonier; and Susie, wife of Duane Penrose, New Florence; and many nieces and nephews. Earl was a life member of Charles Sutton American Legion Post 128, Bolivar; Duane Boring VFW Post 9310, Robinson; and Air Force Sergeants Association. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Kenneth A. Stuart Funeral Home, New Florence, where service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, the Rev. John Wilt. Parish Rosary will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Interment, Germany Lutheran Cemetery. Military graveside rites by local veteran's organization.
