Funny you said that about the Army Air Corps, we just had a big discussion about that. Watched a show on the History Channel and they explained the Army Air Force was in effect during WWII....it was a whole history of the Air Corps, Air Force, etc...my neighbor and a old WWII pilot I know never knew it was the Army Air Force...my dad did not either. He died thinking he was in the Army Air Corps..... I was at Blairsville to visit the Ft. Barr cemetery that the Lloyds had restored. He took me around to see different places where the Barr's had settled and the Barr Cemetery. You would never find it without a local's help, it is in the middle of nowhere. Did find Reeder Kings grave in Cherry Tree, he would be my great, great, great grandfather on mom's side. First to take a raft down the Susquehana river....gravestone says River Pilot...
