He was married to Jemima Henry (1860-1924), d/o Johannes Daniel Henrich (1813-1883) & Sarah Byers (1815-1908). David and Jemima are found in the 1900 census in Allegheny Twp., Westmoreland Co., PA near Vandergrift. They are found back in Cherryhill Twp. in the 1919-1920 census. OBIT - 30 Mar 1928, Indiana Evening Gazette, David Fleming, aged 83, prominent citizen and farmer of Cherryhill township, passed away at his home near Clymer Thursday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock. Death was due to infirmaties incident to advanced years, He leaves two children, Harry Blair Fleming of Clymer and a daughter, Mrs. Hays Long of Clymer. Mrs. Fleming died about four years ago. Funeral services will be conducted at his late residence Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock, by the pastor * Christian Church. Clymer.
