Ohio Died Dec. 11, 1990 Mansfield, Oh They had 4 children Mary was also married to a Frank Wilcox. Joseph A Neiswonger was married to Blanche unknown and had a child to her name was Joann Neiswonger. Franklin Lloyd Neiswonger Born Oct. 6, 1893 Died Oct. 1936 Married to Mable Alberta Foust they had 4 Children. We have always heard There was some Indian blood in the line but nobody can find out anything. Joseph and Clara Rosbrough Neiswonger were my husbands Great Grndparents Hope this helps out.
