He had a son Joseph (Arthur) born 1893 who married 2nd Mary Rachel Swagart b 1899, who had a son Arthur Lloyd or Lloyd Arthur born after 1930. I would like to know when Arthur was born, and whether I have the right line. There was another Lloyd Franklin Neiswonger also born 1893, who married 1st or 2nd Mable E b 1907, who may also be the father of Arthur Lloyd. Lloyd Franklin was born Clarion co, then moved to Jefferson co. (I was told Mable was a full blood Cherokee) I am very confused with this Family of Neiswongers' and hope there is someone such as yourself that can clarify this for me.
