He married ca 1845 or 1850 in PA? Isabelle "Belle" McCormick, b 1825 PA, d ca 1895 Sully Co, SD (parents unknown). Family tradition says her father, name unknown, also served in War of 1812. Daniel and Isabelle went to Sully Co, SD in 1883. 2. John McGuire, b ca 1786 in PA, d after 1818, m Esther Kuntz, b ca1780 in PA. 3. Thomas Maguire, b ca 1746 Tralee, County Kerry, Ireland, d ca 1792 in Washington Co, PA. Married 1st in Hampshire, VA to Mary Randles, b ca 1751, in Hopewell, Washington Co, PA. Married 2nd Elizabeth Carr. 4. Constantine Maguire, b Sept. 1692 Tralee, County Kerry, Ireland, d ca 1760 in Tralee, County Kerry, Ireland.
