Living in FL now I can only get back home once a year for the Schreckengost Family Reunion at Memorial Park New Kensington last Sunday of July. Ancestry dot com just put a ton of information out free of charge and it overwhelms me how many Schrecongost <spelling) served in the wars. My grandfather was born in Jefferson County 1893 (Rathmel) his father Philip 1861 buried in Reynoldsville, his father Solomon1830 at Pine Creek, his dad Samuel 1796 at Gastown. Samuel is a son of Johann Heinrich (Henry) 1751 and so on. I would like to know where he is buried, my GGGGgf. Thanks Scottie! >I worked with a Doris Schrengost at Indiana Hospital many years ago...can't >remember what her husbands name was though? > Scottie > > >> >Talk about a headache, try my name.
