I'm looking up Silas Templeton too. I just found out about him yesterday. He was married to my gg grandmother's sister Harriet Rickard, the daughter of John and Eunice (Harding) Rickard. We never knew who Harriet married, until I received a copy of her father's will yesterday. By the time of this will in 1890Harriet was deceased. They had a son George who was born in 1872. I also learned Silas was a Civil War vet. b. 1839 d. 1901. That's all I know for now.
