JACOB FAITH. Mrs. Elizabeth Faith, wife of Jacob Faith, of Rayne township, died on Thursday, aged 73 years. The deceased has been in delicate health for over 30 years. Her death was caused by gangrene, resulting from milk of the right leg. The deceased was a member of the Grove Chapel Lutheran church in Rayne township. The following children survive her: Mrs. S. E. Buterbaugh, of this place; Mrs. W. W. Strassler, of Corry, Pa.; Mrs. Boucher, of Johnstown; Kate and Thomas, who live at home. The funeral services were held on Friday at her late home by Rev. A. C. Ehrenfeld, and interment was made in Grove Chapel graveyard. INDIANA WEEKLY MESSENGER, Indiana, PA Pg. 2 Wednesday, July 29, 1896 FAITH-On July 22, 1896, at her home in Rayne township, Mrs. Elizabeth Faith aged about 74 years. Deceased was a long and patient sufferer and died in the full hope of a blessed immortality. The remains were interred in Greenwood cemetery on Friday last.
