H. Cain, age 51, Residence Cookport, Penna, Parents William & Eliza Cain, Date of death of man's former wife, June 22, 1884, Occupation Doctor & Evangelist; Maggie Fleming, age 34, Residence Cookport, Penna, Parents Bartle & Eliza Fleming; Marriage on the 3 day of August 1886, at Indiana, PA, Dr. W. H. Cain and Miss Maggie Fleming, were by me united in marriage, numbered 220, W. Shadrach, Minister of the Gospel, returned August 4, 1886. I do not know who W. H. Cain's first wife was.
