Tom- I do have some connections to a Simpson family from that area. William and Alexander Patterson owned property that was located near Nolo and was partly in Pine, Buffington and Brushvalley township. Alexander died in 1849. His wife Martha Campbell Patterson later married Robert Simpson, who was a neighbor. Suncliff is just to the west of the Pattersons, so there could be a contection. I do have maps of property lines and such, but have not looked at them recently to give you specifics. Get back with me at dalepatterson@insightbb.com if any of this connects. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Tom" <tomchapman@adelphia.net> To: <PAINDIAN-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Saturday, March 13, 2004 5:58 PM Subject: [INDIANA] Simpson > Hello Listers: > > Is anybody here familiar with the Simpson family of Brushvalley - or the properties around Suncliff circa 1840 or so? > > tom > > > ==== PAINDIAN Mailing List ==== > Having trouble unsubbing?
