tshu, Yes, that is the map, (the Whiteside 1817 Map), I'm talking about. I only wanted to persue one at a time. I've been to both internet sites, but haven't really dug to see where to get these maps from. If the information is at your fingertips, do you have their address or phone #. I want to buy that Peelor Map or the CD. I'm trying to decide which will work best for me. Now from what I've read about that Whiteside map, I believe that it also shows the property owners within the Township. This map is also worth perusing, and I would also like to have a copy of it too. So, is their address or phone number handy? (If not, I will go looking for it.) thanks, -Gary T. Gibson
I am going to order the 1856 Peelor Map on CD on the 1st May - -I am requesting that the resolution be high enough to be easily readable (They say it shouldn't be a problem) and when I get it I am going to put it on the Net and you can download it from there if you want. If you want an actual copy of the Map (Not Digitized) - you get request it from the Pennsylvania State Archives 350 North Street Harrisburg, PA 17120-0090 Phone Contact for Maps - Jonathan Stayer (717) 783-2669 If you get the 1817 MAP on CD, Please send me a copy and I'll put it on the NET also. ----- Original Message ----- From: <Garyth50@aol.com> To: <PAINDIAN-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Monday, April 19, 2004 6:59 PM Subject: Re: [INDIANA] 1817 Map > tshu, > > Yes, that is the map, (the Whiteside 1817 Map), I'm talking about.
