I need help sorting out the many Josephs in all three of these families. My ancestor is Joseph Henderson married to Eliza Laughlin, daughter of Joseph Laughlin and Maria Rankin. This Joseph and Maria Laughlin had a son named Joseph Henderson Laughlin. I am trying to find siblings and parents of Joseph Henderson. Right now I am trying to disprove that he was the son of James Henderson of Derry, Westmoreland. James lists four sons Joseph, Robert, John and James Andrews. His daughters were Mary who married Daniel Holstein, Margaret married to William Jayne or Jayner, Isabella married to David Hutchison, Jane married Peter Craven, and Lucy Ann married to Andrew Long. I am in New Mexico and hoping to make a trip to Pennsylvania next summer. I would appreciate any help or tips about the area! Thanks, Leona Henderson
