I took that bio from the Treasure's site. Unfortunately that site has numerous errors due to careless transcriptions. The Reed name caught my attention since I have been trying to find the parents of Amariah Reed (1826-1884) and David Palmer Reed (1827-1903) for quite some time. Amariah and David lived in Cookport, Green Twp., Indiana Co., PA and the only mention of their parents is that they were "a member of and old pioneer family in that vicinity" Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
