I'm looking for someone who knows about the family of James N. Thompson of Shirley twp. Huntingdon co. PA. James died without a will in 1843 . His widow Isabella received a letter of a adminitration to handle the estate, but no documents name any children. Thats what I'm looking for, the names of any/all the children. My great-great grandfather appears as a single freeman for the first time in the tax record the following year, and I would like to know if there is a direct relation since I have not been able to locate his parents.
