We were staying in Round Top and exploring Cassville and Mapleton researching the George Smith family that moved to Trough Creek Valley in 1803. We arrived back in CA on Friday night, Aug. 22 after a stop in Springfield Ill. to visit the Lincoln and Frank Lloyd Wright sites, and stops at Sunset Crater and the Grand Canyon.
