    3. Good Morning List, As you looked at the pictures of the repair work did you think about the names on the headstones? Loving genealogy I had to know about Harvey and Amelia Brumabugh; this is what I found: Isaac "Harvey" Brumbaugh born March 10, 1870 in Penn Township, Pennsylvania the son of Henry Boyer Brumbaugh (born in Penn Township) and Susan Fink Peightal. On April 26, 1900 he married Amelia Henrietta Johnson who was born January 28, 1874. Harvey and Amelia's children: Barbara Brumbaugh born October 24, 1901 Catherine Bulfinch Brumbaugh born November 22, 1902 Marion Johnson Brumbaugh born March 2, 1907 Henry Martin Brumbaugh born November 12, 1912 Harvey's ocupation: In 1911 he was President of Juniata College. The 1930 Pennsylvania Census for Huntingdon has his occupation as: Teacher at College. Poem: "Dear Ancestor" Your tombstone stands among the rest, neglected and alone. The name and dates are chiseled out on polished marble stone. It reaches out to all who care; it is too late to mourn. You did not know that I exist; you died; and I was born. Yet each of us are cells of you, in flesh, in blood, in bone. Our blood contracts and beats a pulse entirely not our own. Dear Ancestor, the place you filled so long ago Spreads out among the ones you left, who would have loved you so. I wonder if you knew That someday I would find the spot, and come and visit you. (Author Unknown) Happy Friendship Day (August 3, 2003)
