>Linda, it may help to know that Williamsburg was incorporated as a borough at a fairly early date... if a person was in the town proper technically he was not in Woodbury/ -berry Twp. but borough records are generally located with the township's on census and tax assessment. Also Williamsburg has a historical society, probably a Blair Co. website has the address listed.
