Hi, I already got some responses and all of them were asking for the time frame I'm looking for. The letter from Robert E. Kemmler is dated February 19, 1892. His friend Zindel was obviously comeing to St. Louis. The letter originally is in German, here is the best translation I can provide, because the old German script fonts are difficult to read. ---- Actually I don't know anything of importance, other things we can discuss better personally. If you should come with the Pennsylvanian Rail Road, you should pay attention for the following areas respectively stations: Huntingdon, Petersburgh, Barree Forge, Spruce Creek, Tyrone, Altoona which I have made unsecure, as long as I stayed with my uncle. It's a pity, that you can't leave the train otherwise you definetely should stop there and visit my old aunt from Reicheneck, who would highly appreciate to hear something new about here hometown. ----- Any help would be highly appreciated. Kind regards Ruediger Kemmler Munich, Germany ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Please check out my emigration website: http://home.nexgo.de/r.kemmler
