Hello List members, As Thanksgiving will soon be here as a fellow genealogy bug, I would like to take this time to Wish everyone a blessed Thanksgiving. One to reflect of the goodness that we have received throughout the year as well as how each one has made a positive impact on others. I for one am thankfull for the opportunity that I had this year to meet and make friends through unfortunate situations as well not to forget that there are those of you who have shown of what giving is. I have many things to be greatful for no matter how big or small they may be. While spending the Thanksgiving Holiday with family I will reflect on those as well as all who have suffered as a result of war , as well as those who may not be as fortunate as most and give some time to think of them as well. My Thanksgiving Holidays for the most part are at home with My wife and three children with time later to visit relatives. This year we have decided to combine our dinner with my mother and siblings to be able to give what normally would have been our dinner at home to the local food shelter during these cold days to provide a dinner for a couple of people who for cirumstances of their own may atleast for one time this year enjoy something that alot of people take for granted and never give second thought to. If I can atleast touch a person and atleast provide a little comfort for them then I know that I'm giving to some small degree a piece of what my ancestors have giving to me , all of our ancestors. Freedoms , opportunities as well as strong foundations. We reap today of sacrifices of yesterday and for that I can be extremely greatful for that.
