Yes, it appears that John Lamberson (a member of the Springfield Old School Baptist Church), is buried in the cemetery which the link was given for. So that would make me think the cemetery was probably the site of the Springfield church. It was a member church of the Juniata Association, which is where I obtained the few names of members I have. There are more of the minutes of that association in existence than what we have here. The most likely way I would be able to help you would be if you have a date of death for someone you believe was a member of the Old School Baptist church, I could check (when time permits) for an obituary in the Signs of the Times (of which we have a nearly complete set from 1832 to the present).
