If you ever find the book, please get back to me. My grandfather worked in the mines in Robertsdale; he, my grandmother and an uncle are buried in the Broad Top City cemetery. Thank you for keeping this in mind. -----Original Message----- From: L3604B401@aol.com [mailto:L3604B401@aol.com] Sent: Tuesday, October 14, 2003 4:23 PM To: PAHUNTIN-L@rootsweb.com Subject: [PAHUNTIN] BLAIRs--- HUNTINGDON & BEDFORD COUNTY A year or so ago, I found in the "History of Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania" an article about the Broad Top City I. O. O. F. Lodge. I don't have the book, and don't know when it was published, but the article reads: "The present membership is fifty-one. The officers are William PREECE, N. G.; A. J. BLAIR, V. G.; W. J. AMMERMAN, Sec.; S. A. BLAIR, Asst. Sec; and A. HOUCK, Treas." I am interested in the two BLAIR names. I believe they might be Andrew Jackson BLAIR, born about 1851 and Samuel Alexander BLAIR, born 11 May 1857. Both sons of Andrew and Susannah/Susan BLAIR. Is anyone familiar with this group of BLAIRs?
