    3. John Stull was a constable in Franklin Twp. 1804 & 1807 49th Regt. Co D - Jacob Stull mustered in Sept 11, 1862 Transferred from Co E Jan. 11, 1863; killed at Spotsylvania Court House May 10, 1864. J. Simpson Africa's History of Huntingdon Co. Jacob Stull is mentioned in the will of John Ullery, late of Frankstown Twp. Per "Huntingdon Co. Will Abstracts 1787-1847" The abstract states - Ullery, John, late of Frankstown Twp. Will dated Mar 2, 1804; prob. Mar 22, 1804. Names: children: oldest son John, David, Jacob, Stephen, Daniel, Elizabeth Price oldest daughter 100# from David Martin, Catharine Ribble 200 # from JACOB STULL, Hannah Fetter; etc. etc. Will Book I page 235. (I'm wondering if Catharine Ribble may have been Ripple?) This is all that I can find. Hope it helps a little.
