All three names are all a part or place in Shirley Township located south of Mount Union Union Township to the west, Cromwell Twp to the south and Tell Township to the east and the Juniata River to the north. Shirley Election District, beleive it would include Shirleysburg and nearby areas, Allenport has its own election district along with the Shirley Township consolidated grade school (1-8. Shirleysburg is located about 7 miles south of Mt Union on Route 522. The borough is small but was established in the late 1700's. Hope this helps.
