According to information from Huntingdon County, Office of Register and Recorder, birth records were not kept until 1894. Prior to 1771 that area was in Cumberland County. Those records are at their courthouse and historical society located in Carlisle, zip code 17013. However, I doubt very much if they have birth records dating back to 1854.
