My earliest Isett from Huntingdon County is James K. Isett (5/28/1813 - 8/11/1863) who married Elizabeth Garner (8/11/1816 - 3/28/1889). Do you know if there is any connection? The original poster mentioned her Jacob/John was in Penn Township in 1870. Since this was the hub of my Isett family line, it seems very likely there was some sort of connection. Do you have any additional information on the siblings and/or other children of John Stockdale Isett?
