Bonnie, The Temple Funeral Home was located on Main Street, Petersburg, PA. It is the red brick building across from the Post Office. It later became the Spyker Funeral Home. The Spyker Funeral Home went out of business in the mid 1960's. The original funeral home is now a residence. Have you sent for a death cert.? I didn't catch the date of death, if that is applicable. A death cert. would further verify the place of interment. I was told there is a lovely pavilion at the Petersburg Cemetery where pre-burial services are held rather than at actual graveside; and there is a list of all interred on a solid wall inside the pavilion. Anyone...is this so? Someone owns the cemetery as it is still actively used. Wouldn't the owner of the cemetery also have a record of the interments? Teresa Shade Anderson
