I do hereby dispose of all my property Real & Personal and Mixed in the following manner to Wit. First, I will and ordain that all my just debts and funeral expenses be promptly paid by my executor after my decease. Second, I will and bequeath to my wife, Anna Park, the farm on which I now live containing one hundred and two acres more or less together will all the household and kitchen furniture, two horses, three cows and farming utensils to have the use and benefits of the same during her natural life. After the death of my said wife, I will and bequeath the said farm, stock, farming utensils to wit. Horses, Cattle, sheep and all property on and belonging to the farm to be equally divided between by son George M. Park and my daughter Rachel Park by any executor herein after name. Third, I will and ordain that my executor herein after named after my death will sell my property in the Town of Wellsburg and dispose of the proceeds of the same in the following manner as well as any rents or moneys that may be due me or that I may have at the time of my death. Fourth, I will and ordain that my executor herein after named shall way out of the proceeds of the sale of my Town property fifty dollars a year to my daughter Jane Park during her natural life. Fifth, I will and ordain that the balance of the proceeds of town property and all the balance of my Personal Estate not all ready disposed of shall be equally divided between my son GeorgeM. Park and my daughter Rachel Park having given to my son Mathew Park already his full share of my estate. Sixth, I hereby appoint and constitute John S. Beall executor of this my last will and testament and exonerate him from giving any bond having full confidence in his integrity to execute this trust. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 24th day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand and Eight hundred and Seventy two. Beall custodian of the last will and testiment of Robert Park Deceased, State of Brooke County, West Va. and demanded that the said will might be admitted to Record. Whereupon came John Elson and Wm Latimer subscribing witnesses to said will and proved according to law the said will to be the last will and testiment of Robert Park Deceased whereupon the Recorder doth order the said will to be recorded it having been properly and lawfully executed. His son Mathew was already given his share during his lifetime. From the sale of his remaining town property, Robert ordered his executor to provide a $50.00 a year payment to the remaining daughter Jane during her natural life.
