    3. I'm trying to catch up on some of my obits from the Valley Log. The 8/15/2007 issue has one for Irene Wilson, deceased husband was Otis, born in 1907. Can someone clarify that this was the son of Porter Wilson and Olive Mae Brown? Thanks.

    3. Otis Wilson CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - Otis Wilson, 90, of 2024 Lehman Road, died Monday, Jan. 26, 1998, at Shook Home, Chambersburg. Born March 24, 1907, in Three Springs, Pa., he was the son of the late Porter B. and Olive Brown Wilson. He was employed for 36 years as an operator with the former E.D. Plummer and Sons Construction in Chambersburg, retiring in 1972. He attended Walnut Grove Church of God, Walnut Grove, Pa. He is survived by his wife, Irene F. Boyer Wilson; two daughters, Dorothy Grissinger of Mapleton Depot, Pa., and Betty McMaster of Chambersburg; five sons, Donald O. Wilson of St. Thomas, Pa., Chester L. Wilson of Fort Loudon, Pa., Kenneth C. Wilson of Fayetteville, Pa., James R. Wilson and Ronald R. Wilson, both of Chambersburg; six sisters, Minola Boyer and Margretta Leedy, both of Chambersburg, Freda Cohenour and Esther Grissinger, both of Three Springs, Pa., Bessie Bennett of Edenville, Pa., and Betty Fisher of York Haven, Pa.; 18 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Shirley M. Wilson; three sisters and two brothers. Services will be Thursday at 11:30 a.m. in the chapel of Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, 333 Falling Spring Road, Chambersburg. Chaplain Theodore Hughes will officiate. Burial will be in Walnut Grove Cemetery, Walnut Grove. ...
