Huntingdon County List Members, This posting showed up on another list I am subscribed to and I thought I'd check it out! There is a nation-wide effort presently going on to make most census information available on-line at no charge to genealogists. The indexing project is open to all who would like to help. Volunteers are being recruited now to extract family history information from digital images of historical documents to create searchable indexes. When the information indexed by volunteers is ready for publication, it will be made available FREE OF CHARGE through familysearch.org.
