Hello Listers: Does anyone know if there are early tax records for Huntingdon County for the late 1700's and early 1800's? Edna

Good Day, W few years back when I went to Huntingdon County to do some research one of the ladies ask who I was searching for.........for years I could not find my Great Great Grandfather.........she wet into a room in the back and about a 1/2 hour later she returned with copies of my Great Great Grandfather on tax lists........this was in the 1880's but in the 1870',1880's 1890's.......not sure how far they went back. In the 1860's my Great Great Grandfather was then living in Virginia.
