I would also check for deeds in Bedford for Grantees and Huntingdon for Grantors looking for the sale of the land. Also, I doubt that they moved in the above information...I think as the County was being organized the township lines may have been moved. These two townships are near Woodbury...tyrone twp. is now in Blair County. I would also be willing to bet that the Weitmer or Weltmer line is or could be Witmer. I did a quick check of all twp.s and could not find any...William in 1788 is being taxed as married...so, if you find him in Bedford County 1787 and before...there maybe the other family (Weitmer/Weltmer). The above information is a check of Taxable Inhabitants, and single freeman. Morris Twp. 1797 and 1798 are just lists of names with no property listed.
