It states that he died sometime before 9 Jan 1810 when his 1798 will was filed in Prothonotary Court, Greene County, Pa. Letters of Administration were dated 2 Feb 1810 granted to Thomas Smith, Executor. The other Executor Timothy Smith being out of state. Perhaps the Thomas Smith who was the executor is the one listed in the 1800 Census. Just a guess. Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
